How do I download and install my libraries?
All products are managed through the Spitfire Audio App. Once purchased, your library will appear in the app ready for download and automatic installation.
What are the system requirements for your software?
Most of our libraries require a Mac or PC with at least 8GB of RAM and a fast SSD. Specific requirements for Kontakt or our dedicated plug-in are listed on each product page.
Can I use these sounds in commercial music productions?
Yes, all our libraries come with a royalty-free license, allowing you to use the sounds in any commercial film, television, or music project.
What is your refund policy on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital software, we generally cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or registered to your account.
Do you offer educational discounts for students?
Yes, we offer an Educational Discount program providing up to 30% off for verified students and educators on individual libraries.
Can I install my libraries on more than one computer?
Our license allows for two simultaneous installations, provided you are the sole user of the software on both machines.
