Due to the digital nature of our software products, we offer a 14-day return window for un-downloaded libraries. Once a serial number has been redeemed or the download process has begun, the product is generally ineligible for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your software library has not been downloaded or registered via the Spitfire Audio App to qualify for a full refund.
- 2.Submit a Request
Contact our dedicated support team through the 'Help' portal with your order number and reason for the return.
- 3.License Deactivation
Our technicians will verify your account status and remotely deactivate any pending serial keys associated with the transaction.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once the deactivation is confirmed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
